Julio has extensive experience in the infrastructure sector, with a strong focus on the study of concession projects and their construction financing through Project Finance. Prior to joining Direction, Julio was responsible for project evaluation and financing for Empresa Constructora Belfi. Previously, he was the Administration and Finance Manager of Itínere Chile (part of the Sacyr group), which operated six toll roads in Chile. Julio previously served as Administration and Finance Manager of Sociedad Concesionaria Vía Santa Rosa and Head of Finance for Autopista Vespucio Norte (ACS Dragados and Hochtief). He began his career as a financial analyst at BBVA Asesoría Financiera. Specializing in finance, financial planning, financial modeling, and business valuation, over the last 20 years he has studied more than 25 concession infrastructure projects, achieving the award of several contracts and the financing of several projects for a total value of US$1.375 billion.
