Felipe has more than 25 years of experience in general management of multinational retail, media, and technology companies.

Before founding Direction, Felipe was a senior consultant at Salesforce, a leading enterprise software development company, where he advised large Latin American companies on the definition and implementation of their business transformation plans. Previously, he held the positions of Country Manager of GroupM in Argentina, COO of Havas Media Chile, Development Manager of Falabella Retail and Forus SA, and Manager of the Emol.com website. Earlier in his career, he was a financial analyst at Costanera SA, the parent company of the Swett family businesses.

Felipe has led the transformation of the businesses he has managed, implementing new revenue models, redefining processes, and incorporating digital and technological solutions to adapt companies to changing times.
